As an avid pilot with 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and nearly 4,000 hours of flight time, Kevin started his career operating a flight school and later worked as a corporate jet pilot, all while buying and selling aircraft. Now specializing in the Gulfstream market and with nearly 150 aircraft transactions completed totaling approximately $1.5B, Kevin understands all aspects of aircraft sales from start to finish and will lead the team from our east coast office.
Clayton Smith comes to Jet Edge Partners after 10 years with XOJET, where he served as Vice President of Sales and managed one of the largest individual client portfolios in the industry. As a specialist in large-cabin International travel, Clayton has developed a keen understanding of the needs of his clients, translating into over 4,000 transactions and $180M in sales. Clayton leads sales from our west coast office in Los Angeles, California.
An entrepreneur at heart, Steve’s drive is fueled by his life-long passion for aviation. His diverse background includes roles as CEO/business owner, President of a large charter company, and Director of Aviation for a fortune-500 company. In his previous three positions, Steve accomplished three-year sales/revenue goals in the first twelve months and he has a history of leading teams to exceed performance objectives. Steve started flying at age 14 with his father, and after receiving a degree from the University of Georgia, Steve accumulated thousands of flying hours in the airline and corporate world. His previous flight experience includes mid-cabin, large-cabin Gulfstream, and large-cabin Bombardier products. Steve is also an accomplished guitarist and avid motorsports enthusiast.
Lisa Senters comes to Jet Edge Partners with over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. Lisa founded and served as the CEO of Jet Senters Aviation, JSA and is known as the go-to resource in private aviation for buying as well as managing aircraft. Senters believes in the personal service side of flying and her clients benefit from her knowledge and relationships built over decades of working in the industry. Senters is relied on as a trusted advisor to CEOs, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and fortune 100 companies. Lisa spent a decade in the corporate world as Senior Vice President of Sales with NetJets/Marquis Jet. During her time there she was a national leader selling both the Marquis Jet Card and NetJets fractional aircraft ownership for over a decade. Senters played an instrumental role in helping to grow Marquis Jet from a start-up to a global industry leader. Frequently quoted as one of the country’s leading experts in aviation, Senters has shared her insight and expertise on the private aviation landscape in various forums such as the Harvard Business School Alumni Group, and various speaking opportunities around the globe.
Dean Seaton joins Jet Edge Partners with over 20+ years of aviation experience. For the last 15 years he has been involved exclusively at Gulfstream Aerospace. He has worked in several capacities from Flight Operations, where he supported countless International airshows, to being directly involved with the customer buying experience through definition and delivery as a Customer Program Manager. Dean has worked for Gulfstream, Jeppesen/Boeing, FedEx and NetJets. As an OEM representative, he managed over 75 new aircraft deliveries. His extensive knowledge of aviation, services, and customer relationships plays a vital role in his overall expertise in customer experience. An entrepreneur at heart, he has lead a business aviation consultancy firm designed to advise and support owners and operators around the world. In addition, he has offered owners oversight expertise for pre-purchase inspections and new aircraft completion, and ongoing maintenance management services for flight departments without full-time maintenance personnel. Dean is an avid golfer and enjoys fishing with his kids.
Shane has been serving corporate aviation clients for nearly 20 years. He has been involved in leading and managing aviation organizations for both domestic and international companies his entire career. He has served as a Vice President of Sales for Hawker Beechcraft, Textron Aviation and as Director of Sales for Piaggio. Shane has completed over 250 aircraft transactions worth nearly 800 million dollars. Shane has also led startups and turnarounds for aircraft dealers and a large aviation jet fuel provider. He has a BS in Political Science from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is an instrument rated pilot and owns and operates his own aircraft. Shane is a third generation member in the aviation industry. He is married and the proud father of four children. Shane is a member of Eagles View Church, serves several roles in the Boy Scouts of America, and is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
Scott Clarey joins Jet Edge Partners with over fifteen years of professional experience in the aviation industry and will help drive all aspects of aircraft sales and acquisition. As an OEM representative, he has been involved in over 50 new aircraft sold with transactions totaling over $250M. Scott has worked for Gulfstream, Hawker Beechcraft, and Pilatus, having been a 3-time salesman of the year for Pilatus. Scott has been a private pilot for thirty years and currently holds a multi-engine and instrument rating.
Josef Eynck comes to Jet Edge Partners from Flagler College where he graduated with a bachelor’s in Business Administration focusing on probate in law. Josef is in the process of acquiring his private pilot’s license gaining momentum to eventually get his sea plane rating, which has been a long-time goal of his. His entrance to the industry with Jet Edge Partners is the first milestone in his long-term career goals in aviation sales.
